I serviced a large area 500,000 plus, portable cleaning was part of it.Used to have a contract service for over 40 highrise buildings.

Doug; with your market area being mostly residential ie: no highrise cleaning, and your big 405's, portables would really serve no purpose. I bet you could count on one hand the number of times a year you would use them.
