I was wondering if anyone has been stiffed for flood services, you get a call to go and extract water from someones basement in the middle of the night, they say there covered, for whatever reason, their not, then they complain about the price..It has never happened to me, but I could see how it could, I am looking for some contract between the home owner and me to ensure this does not happen, anyone know were to get such a generic contract that would hold up in court?
