Hello friend,
I have taken some measures on mould decontamination,may be humidity is a reason which is creating a problem, then the installation of HVAC systems with humidification control will minimise potential for mould and other growth.I will suggest you to consult with a good plumber because he can tell you after examining the full situation because without proper inspection it is difficult to suggest you anything,or send it's pictures then I can suggest you better.
