Funny story... received a call today from a customer, that says my company clean 1 room for him in April 2005 and now the carpet is falling apart.... He wants me to come out and take a look at it. he left his name but no number on my answering machine. would you do anything ???? called back the number on my display but it's out of service.... April is a pretty long time ago...and I don't have any record by the name he left. sounds like bull to me... in all the years I've been carpet cleaning I have never had this kind of crap happen to me I guess I'll just wait for his call |
