I use Quake with a little Citrus Solve.  It works great.  I've been told that a lot of guys swear by Flex.  I haven't tried it because in my area I have to use "low VOC" products.  The same people who told me about Flex also said "low VOC" Flex sucks.

I like to use PowerBurst with a dash of Citru-solve and  Powdered peroxide as a prespray and I run Genicare's Clean-It through the machine.
I'll make you TAP OUT!!!

I do a lot of restaurants and Enz-All, Grease Eraser, and Flex all work great. I am going to try Soil Break tonight. I will post my opinion of it if anyone wants it. I think the trick to restaurants is to pre-spray as hot as you can get it, rake it into the carpet and let it penetrate the grease for at least 10 minutes. Good luck and have fun!
It could always be worse. I mean you could be some carpet stain being emulsified by pre-spray all the while watching a wand spraying really hot solution aiming stright for you.

I finally tried Soil Break on a fairly nasty carpet in a steak house restaurant last night. This stuff is good and the carpet came clean. It does not seem to break up grease as fast as Enz-All or Grease Eraser but the heavy stuff in the traffic areas did come clean during extraction. I like Enz-All because you can see it breaking down heavy grease almost on contact.Evil Smile Soil Break seems to take a bit more time at cutting the stuff up.  I guess it is just a preference; in the end as both products clean with similar results.

It could always be worse. I mean you could be some carpet stain being emulsified by pre-spray all the while watching a wand spraying really hot solution aiming stright for you.
