I am Vietnamese and it is not a custom to eat dogs. Im not sayin that they dont...because my parents have told me that Back in the days poor people would snatch up whatever pet they seein roamin in the streets and cook'em.
I lived in Hong Kong because my dad was a VP of a sugar exporting company and they sent him there...So, I wasnt in a camp. I was actually living in kowloon. SO dont assume anythin.
