If you do good work and are nice and polite to your customers. How many years did it take you veteran carpet cleaners , to be able to cut back on advertisement and let the repeats and referals lead the way? |

Can't remember but it was several years before we stopped advertising.
repeat and referrals are the lifeblood of any small business!

It also depends on your area. There are many things to consider regarding advertising. One thing is to get rid of all the advertising that gives you absolutely no return and focus on what does before cutting it all out?

I know of a company that relies heavily on telemarketing. They use several different names when blanketing an area.
