I've been out these last few days trying to pick up some commercial work.
I mostly been hitting retail stores.....it's been ok...so far I've gotten 1 job out of it so far..
what would you guys recommend?? is it better to hit a industrial complex...or maybe the hotel strip???
or should I try to do all this with a phone call???
I have also picked up 2 churches...thats because I know God...
any info would be great

Hotels are usually quiet in January. Good time to get some cleaning done. I would send a letter or show up in person. Phoning has never gotten me anywhere
Did God give you the church jobs or did you deal with his rep?

I just wait for the phone to ring? I quoted a church this week? All the churches ariynd here a broke? I done one before christmas? Usually someone will come in from London or Kitchener of the price of gas and a hamburg and clean them?

some on showed my an invoice for 0.05cents per sq ft...for 2300 sq ft...
$115 bucks....eeeeeewwww....I quoted .15cents...they said toooo high
