Ted: There are many loop holes when it comes to filling out the insurance and compensation part of quotations. One being if you have no employees you need not fill the comp part. But the term sub contractor was redifined may years ago on what constitutes a sub. But no one ever gets caught. If something goes wrong everyone is out of business. But it is up to the contractor to get a certificate of insurance and certificate of cleanance from compensation for all your so called subs. But I guess I am only rambling and it pisses me off when I lose bids to the suppos to be one man operations with no employees who carry no insurance what so ever and laugh about it.

So you should the the customer thar doug... Once I do an est. I'm so charming and truthful that they don't want anyone else but me... nothing wrong with bringing your insurance and bond papers with you, educate the customer... I bet my life that the customer will ask all the other bidders to come up with the same stuff. Do you know what you've just done??? Raised the bar |

doug... why do you think we only get 59er's I don't have one on my list...I haven't had 1 59er this month.... I have a 196, 112,115,est,&92... yester day I had a 324,129, &995 anyways back to liability |

I sleep to doug.. on a king sized bed...lol People call to screw Sears or Home Depot or the bay or Service Master ....They are looking for protection... sometimes they know good and well if you clean it it'll get wrecked. so screw them before they screw you... if you have a hole I'll stick something in it for you... So if you think for one second that the customer is out to screw you too, you need to wake up but I forgot you live in a one horse town and he's almost dead... |
