Has anybody tried Chemspec DFC 23 yet. I just bought some and tried it out on a dirty concrete floor and it work great. I was a little skeptical about it so I gave some to a cleaner friend of mine and he said the bathrooms he clean came out great.

I think it's labelled as a bathroom cleaner. One of my suppliers tried a sample and said it worked very well on shower stallsBig smile

Its labelled as a calcium, lime, rust remover. It can be used for restoring urinals, toilets, fixtures. Also showers and tubs.
It also removers mold and mildew and restores grout lines and ceramic tiles. Plus can be used on exterior building maintenance ( concrete, wooen decks, and patio furniture. I used it for concrete and it work really good.

Don - Glad you like it. For those of you who do tile and grout cleaning, DFC 23 will do a terrific job and is priced less than traditional grout cleaners currently sold in the marketplace

I used to use the chemspec line of material, for carpet cleaning as well as bathrooms, tile and grout etc.  I found a company through a buddy of mine,  who quite frankly manufacture better material and it worked out to be much more cost effective.  Company called GlobalChem.  Never using Chem spec again.

I challenge you to perform a demo using your GlobalChem and match the results that are pictured in your avatar.

Have you considered the difference in comparing Safety and Enviro? Keeping in mind the third party seals of approval.

Third party seals can be used by anyone.
Do you think that the"UL" symbal is paid by everyone who states it?It could be bought. EVEN the better business bureu will take your money.

In regards to the bathroom and tile material I bought from Global Chem ,
it worked well for me. Even better was the price! Keeping profit and quality in mind- its a Bang for the Buck!
