Just another competitor, always thought that I should spend all my energy worrying about my own business rather than the competition, lots of dirty carpets out there to be cleaned

Steamer thats why they don't brag about their cleaning. They brag about their dry times. What do people feel is more important?? Clean Carpets or Dry Carpets?? The power of missleading advertising??

After a job the other day, went to the gas station to fill up and grab some gatorade with my brother/partner. They pulled up at the same time and looks like the wanted to have a stare down. erick

Chem-Dry is a very effective cleaning system if it's done right. When I worked for them, my boss didn't allow us to do it right. We only had the basic cleaner on hand but none of the specialty products. At the time, he had no truckmounts, but he does now, although I'm sure he still cuts "The Natural" with Oxyclean. Their tm's are good, they use an RX-20 with it, and the cleaner works great. If it doesn't work, that's the fault of the tech, not the system.

chem-dry is just a cheese cleaner...with high cost and low results....
Most people and not happy with the results....
