see IICRC could sel it all in book form....but who would pay all that money for a book 300 bucks ....lol I guess 39.95 isn't enough...
I've been giving new techs a photo copy of my IICRC book...told them to read it...for free...lol

What's all the fuss?? I still have some old stainmaster forms from the first time this was tried years ago. You had to keep a record of cleanings and what chems were used and when?? The wheel on the bus goes round and round. This industry does nothing but try to reinvent itself over and over?? round and round we go????

From reading your post Carpetoligist if you have your carpet professionally cleaned it must be done by IICRC firm but any idiot can clean there own carpet without voiding the warrany as long as you use certified equipment? If I am reading this right this makes no sense. By the way the Rug Doctor is considered approved equipment.
