In the 30's.......40's.......50's...........even the 60's & 70's.........walking the beat by pounding the pavement was the way to go........today..........use the telephone........save time............turn 3 leads into 30 and target your customer............,approach a business, like a business..........they want to hear someone say to them that they are there to save them some money.........the rest is up to you

I went to do some commercial marketing today. It went ok. I noticed that sometimes you have the workers happily greet you until they find out you’re marketing your carpet cleaning business. Then they kind of ignore you or talk down to you. What's the deal with people sometimes? It still did not discourage me. I'm still pounding the pavement and got 3 leads today on companies that are affiliated with other companies. My question is what is the best way to approach a business? Maybe I can critique my approach. |
