Don't do it, but do know that you better be properly insured before tackling this type of work, a lot of insurance companies will not cover you for this .

You live in NY and you ask a dumb ass question like that?? I saw in last weeks paper there is a cleaner avaiable at most hardware stores all you do is wash and spray? How much a sq. ft. is that worth?

First time I've really disagreed with you D is Okay.
Mould remediation is a serious business for anyone I know in business.
PAPRs, HEPA vacs, Neg air/HEPA air scrubbers, full containment, full PPE and most importantly a protocol by an IEP.

There's a ton of guys who do water & mold and this is how they do it.
(1) suck out the water with ninja (2) spray benefect (3) throw down an air mover (4) get the credit card info (5) go to Mississauga Tavern or House Of Lancaster have a seat, enjoy the show and wait for pager to go off for next flood. |

The scarey thing is that they probably do more than the legit companies that the insurance companies don't want to pay for? The same adjusters that attend Lee's seminars are real good at saving their company money??
