As a matter of fact Chinese people only make up less than 10% of our clientele. We had 5 Chinese parties where they rented out the VIP Room. Funny thing is that Egg Rolls are not a favorite item of theirs. All 5 parties requested Salmon Heads cut in half with the eyes and gills, then filled with who knows what and served on a bed of rice and assorted vegitables. Nightrider Edited by nightrider |
