I found SGK to be manof his word. He did just what he told me he would do for me and still took the time to explain his wares. I had never meet Ken till Friday and he came over to me I didn't have to track him down.

Yes the teflon man was actuallly the first to arrive. He conducted himself in a very professional manor. People expected to see a guy with horns and glides for feet. I was very impressed when one of my customers approached him and said "The glide you sold me last year I am happy with but I just have a small hitch". Ken quickly and politely replaced it with an upgrade for free. Now general motors may be able to afford call-backs but Ken you have to stop this insanity or you will go broke. Ken I am very impressed with your new holy glides and will start promoting and selling them Monday morning. Thanks Ken for helping our day to be successfull. |
