Most customers will say if you can get it cleaner...that means you didn't do a good job... clean it again and I aint payin a penny more

I have a customer who steam cleans with a portable when he is finished he offers one room pad cleaned over his steam cleaned job free for the customers approval. He then offers it as a double and more thorough cleaning and finishing process. If they like it he charges an additional 50% of the original job. Kind of like taking your car to the car wash. Yes we can get it clean but can make it even better by applying a wax at an additional charge. He claims 30% want the higher end service.

you right doug thats why I stick to CC.... I can duct clean... I can strip and wax... I can epoxy... I refinish Marble... I can refinish hardwood... but if you try and do everything you become a chicken with his head chopped off... never spread yourself too thin... but always have another Ace up your sleeve |

douggie... I have a lot under my belt not just carpet cleaning... I think leather would be a good thing to add..... you just never know... it might keep me out of the poor house |
